How can I book an appointment?
You can book any appointment with us either through our website or call us at (403) 273-6905. If you choose to book an appointment online, you will receive a call or email from us to confirm your appointment date and time.
Do you do FaceTime or WhatsApp appointments?
Yes, we do consultations over FaceTime and WhatsApp for international and domestic clients. Give us a call or request an appointment and we can book you in for a video consultation!
Are you only by appointment?
Bridal is by appointment only. We do take walk-ins if there are no ongoing consultations. That being said, its best to book a time with us to ensure you are able to view our bridal collection when you come by! No appointment required for non-bridals.
Are you specifically for bridal?
No, we are not specifically for bridal. We carry both bridal and non-bridal pieces. However, we do specialize in bridal wear.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes we do! We also customize outfits from scratch! If you have a idea or picture, we will sit down and work with you through every step of the way to create your dream outfit!
Do you have different price ranges for someone who has a certain budget?
Yes! We understand that everyone has a specific budget and therefore work alongside with our clients to offer them the best possible!
How long do custom orders take to design?
Custom order arrival time varies depending on the type of outfit. Your custom order may take between six (6) weeks to twelve (12) weeks from your order date. Any delays caused by you during the order process will cause it longer to arrive.
Product Care and Information
Garments are to be dry cleaned only. There is no guarantee for color or embroidery work.

Do you provide alterations?
Yes, we offer in house tailoring for our pieces. We do not accept any outside alterations (pieces not bought from us).
What types of payments do you accept?
Our storefront accepts all forms of payments including: credit, debit and cash. We do not accept cheques.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the delicacy of our garments, all garments are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. For further inquires please contact us.
Is there room for adjustments in ready to wear pieces?
We do leave some fabric in our pieces for minor alternations whether those are ready to purchase or customized.
Do you sell ready to purchase pieces?
Yes, ready to purchase pieces are available for both bridal and non-bridal. If you require any alterations, in house tailoring will take of care of you!
